While sitting back and enjoying the evening, we heard a loud crunching noise outside!
My daughter and I ran out to see a small white car rushing away from the scene of an accident. I told my daughter to call the authorities. Our neighbor jumped into his car and pursued the small white car and found him hiding a few blocks away. He came back with the license plate number and told us that he approached the person driving the car. Thankfully he wasn’t assaulted. Never approach someone who could possibly lash out. Our neighbor got lucky!
